We have stayed open throughout the difficulties and will continue to be open for as long as we can, even if we must operate with restrictions we will do our best to ensure our customers get the best service.
We will be taking every possible precaution.
We will stagger appointments to ensure there is no more than one client present at a time. Appointments can be made by calling 018308310.
If you need batteries or supplies, we can post them to you.
If your hearing aid needs repair, Drop it to us, have somebody else drop it to us, or post it in.
If you got your hearing aid elsewhere, and your current professional has had to close, we will try to look after you if we can.
In these uncertain times, listening to good advice and communication with family and friends becomes very important.
We will do our best to make sure nobody gets left behind.
